A Clone of

Boston Chicken & KFC Rotisserie Style Chicken

Serving Size : 4

1/4 c Oil
1 tb Honey
1 tb Lime juice
1/4 ts Paprika
Season salt
4 Chicken breast halves with skin

Mix all ingredients well in saucepan and warm just to
melt honey. Arrange 4 chicken breast halves, skin-side-up
in a square baking dish or pan, sprayed with Pam.
Bake uncovered at 400~ about 35 to 40 minutes, basting
chicken without turning them, 3 or 4 times during baking
or until nicely browned.
Immediately upon removing from oven, seal baking dish
tightly in foil and let stand 15 to 20 minutes before
serving.

In the kitchen I work in, we have a Boston Market rotisserie. It definitely makes some awesomely tender and juicy chicken!!!

We use a Spicy Chicken Rub made by a company called Cookshack. It's just ok, but the flavor of that chicken, and texture is the best!!!
It's especially pretty darn tasty cold, the next morning!!!

Boston Market chicken is good... but not great. It was really great way back when they were Boston Chicken... before they became Boston Market. Of course back then they were just local... but ooooh so good. The only time I ever had melt in your mouth chicken. I sure miss it.

I'm gonna have to try this recipe though... sound really good.
