Buttermilk marinade?

I have a wonderful recipe for fried chicken that marinates in buttermilk, cayenne and a little water. This chicken is so tender and juicy, but sometimes we get tired of the greasy fried chicken.

Does anyone know of a way to bake chicken marinated in buttermilk and keep it juicy and tender?

Angie, try just frying it until the coating is golden then setting it on racks over cookie sheets to finish in the oven. Works well for us.
