Rachael Ray Show Made this tonight for dinner and it was wonderful. I substituted the roux with a can of Campbell's cream of chicken, added a bay leaf and a pinch of sage instead of the thyme and parsley. Used Bisquik and milk for the dumplings. To DIE FOR!!! Just wanted to share.
