Chicken and dumplings

Rachael Ray Show Made this tonight for dinner and it was wonderful. I substituted the roux with a can of Campbell's cream of chicken, added a bay leaf and a pinch of sage instead of the thyme and parsley. Used Bisquik and milk for the dumplings. To DIE FOR!!! Just wanted to share.

Oh Dina, that sounds, and looks, fantastic! Great comfort food for a cold night!

Thanks!

I've never cared a whole lot for dumplings, but think I will try this. Looks good.
Thanks

I use Bisquik to make my dumplings too, but i add a little baking powder to make them extra fluffy.
