I found this recipe in our local paper.
this is served over mashed potatoes, rice, or curly noodles.
2 cups fresh mushrooms (wipped off and cut in vertical pieces)
Salt, pepper and parsley to taste.
1/2 cup sour cream
1 Tlb. flour
1 medium onion chopped
2 chicken breast cut in 1 in pieces
Put 1/4 cup oil in skillet. Fry the chicken until done. Add the onion and cook until clear. Add mushrooms. Add 1/2 cup water. In another pan, put the sour cream and flour and mix well. This becomes a sauce. When the mushrooms are cooked, add the sour cream sauce. Cook about 10 min. Garnish with parsley. Serves 4.

I make something similar; I use butter to cook the chicken cubes, onions and mushrooms though. Sometimes I add a can of cream of mushroom soup too and I add the sour cream without the added flour.
