Hey Spanish,

I've just started exploring the kitchen recently, so I'm not sure how my advise will stack up to the pro's on this forum, but here goes...

"Mom's Weird Chicken"

-Get yourself two boneless skinless chicken breasts.
-Spoon plain yogourt (PLAIN, not vanilla) over the chicken so its basically completely covered.
-chop up some onion (I like the big round white ones, but french onion works nicely too) and sprinkle it over top the yogourt covered chicken.
-Grate cheeze over top of everything. I like a smoked cheddar personally.
-I put the oven somewhere between 370 and 400 and check it periodically around 20 minutes.

I usually serve this with a green salad thats heavy on chopped mushrooms. Girlfriend loves it.
