We love this, just be sure to get a large loaf of French bread and plenty of butter:LOL:
preheat your oven to350 Place your chicken pieces (whole chix, cut up) in one layer in a shallow roasting pan and brush with melted butter, don't skimp:LOL:. Sprinkle with salt,pepper and your favorite seasonings, I like majoram,parsley and garlic and onion powder.add about 2-1/2 cups chicken stock cover and bake 1-1/2 hrs. Just before serving add in 4-5 Tab. butter til melted..Serve with a nice green salad and dunk that bread in the juices in the roasting pan.
