Chicken Nuggets rec

Sierra,
this is the recipe I use to make Cade his chicken strips..It's from Paula Deen and she uses it as an appitizer and it will serve 12
Chicken Nuggets
2-c. crused sour cream and onion flavored potato chips I've also used just plain
1-egg
2-Tab. milk
6-chicken breasts cut into 1-1/2 inch cubes or make the size you prefer.
1/3c. butter
Preheat oven to 350. Spread crushed chips in shallow dish or pan..Beat egg and milk in shallow bowl or pan. Dip the chicken in egg mixture then in chips, place n baking sheet coated with pam and drizzle with the melted butter. Bake about 15 -18 min or til golden. You can do up a big batch and freez them after baking. Serve with your fav dipping sauce..
enjoy,
kadesma
