My family is getting together for a picnic this weekend - we will
be 17-19.
I am slated to bring chicken wings and Tabbouleh.
Plan to marinate 1/2 the wings in Coconut milk, curry paste,
curry powder, lime juice, soy sauce, salt, ginger and coriander.
Plan to marinate 1/2 the wings in Light Soy, Dark Soy, 5 spice powder,
Sesame oil, Salt, Hot Sauce, white wine.

Will bake the wings and coat them with toasted Sesame Seeds after
baking (makes it less sticky to pick them up and eat them).

The Tabbouleh will have Bulgar, cooked brown Lentils, sliced
cucumber, red onion, cooked baby carrots, roasted Red, Yellow and Orange Peppers, Tomato, Zucchini dried Apricots and Raisins. There will be Mint and Parsley. It will be dressed with
Olive Oil, Lime Juice, Lime Zest, Salt and pepper.

Is it ok if I use chicken drumsticks instead of chicken wings?? I have chicken drumsticks but I have no idea what to cook. I like your recipe!
