I am looking for a recipe that I had made many years ago, but can not find now.

It is a recipe from Chile, South America. The name of it is some where the lines of "El pollo De cliantro" which translates to chicken with cilantro. It had chicken, jalapenos, flour, chicken stock, and a few other ingredients that are slipping my mind.

I am hoping someone knows of this recipe and wouldn't mind passing it along.

Thanks!

Thank you for those recipes, but neither are the dish I am looking for. It could of come from another nation of course but I refer to it as Chilean because I found it while doing research about Chile for a high school report. That is why I remember it having jalapenos in it because I was worried it would be too spicy to serve to my class while doing the report. Thankfully I washed the seeds out, so it wasn't.

Also as far as I can remember, it didn't have any potatoes or peas, etc in it. It was just a simple chicken dish made with a few ingredients, which I remember, I just need the steps in making the recipe lol.
