Hi, I'm new to cooking.

This seems like a stupid question, but do you leave the cover open or closed on a grill while grilling chicken?

Also, I'm using a Foreman grill, would that make any difference?

on the foreman grill i close the lid. you might also pound the breast a bit so it is even in thickness, it will cook better. also believe them when they say it is done, i know it seems like a short time, but they are cooking on both sides at a time.

By "when they say it is done" do you mean the instruction manual that came with the grill?

I have a grill similar to the Foreman. I go 5 minutes on High for boneless, skinless chicken breasts.
