Crock Pot Chicken- TNT

OK, this was just something I threw together one night that turned out really good. I just made it up as I went along so there are not really any measurements.

4 chicken legs & 4 thighs
1 can chopped tomatoes
2 cans chicken broth
1 broth can of water
3-4 cloves garlic (I just cut them into 1/4's)
1 large onion cut into 1/4th's
oregano, basil, salt & pepper to taste
1/2-3/4C Merlot( I had some left over from something else & just threw it in for the heck of it & it really added a nice richness to the dish)

Place all in crock pot & cook on low heat 8 hours or high heat 4 hours or until chicken is cooked through. Serve over rice or buttered egg noodles.
