Made these last night Recipes : Danish Burgers with Herb Caper Sauce and a Mod Salad : Food Network
and they were great, extremely moist burgers, though a bit messy.
It was kind of neat to have all those textures together, but the sauce is so good, that the salad rather disguised some of the flavors. When I heat up the leftover burgers, I will have the salad on the side, just the sauce on the burger.
Note: Rachel Ray has many excellent ground turkey burger recipes (we used turkey, not chicken). In fact (hark, BT!), we substitute ground turkey for most meatloaves, meatballs, etc. due to QBro's high cholesterol and my desire to cut down on fat. We do spulge and have grilled ground beef cheeseburgers on occasion, though!
