Easy Parmesan Garlic Chicken Recipe

This is a really easy, fast recipe. It's just as good reheated too (I like leftovers on a salad).



Easy Parmesan Garlic Chicken

½ c Kraft Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 envelope Goon Seasons Italian Salad Dressing Mix
6 boneless, skinless, chicken breast halves (or 4 large
½ tsp garlic powder

Mix cheese, garlic powder, and dressing mix.

Moisten chicken with water; coat with cheese mixture. Place in shallow baking dish sprayed with nonstick spray.

Bake at 400F for 20-25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.

Serves 6

PA Baker, I made this recipe last night and loved it. The only changes I made was that I brined it and then brushed with a little robusto italian dressing before dipping into the mixture. Thanks, this is a keeper.
