Does anyone know whether there is getetine in fat free chicken broth. Got to have this info for a gall bladder diet?

Not in commerciallly canned broths.

You have to make your own with bones to get gelatin. The gelatin comes from the bones and cartilage, not the meat.

There actually are some commercially canned (or boxed) stocks. Kitchen Basics is one of them. They do use bones so I would assume there is gelatin in that brand.
