This is the way I cooked chicken several years ago before I decided to start baking or grilling it and my family always enjoyed it.
All purpose flour seasoned with salt and pepper
Eggs scrambled with a little milk or evaporated milk
Crisco butter flavored shortening
Chicken pieces, as many as you like
Wash chicken pieces in water and pat dry. Soak each chicken piece in egg and milk mixture and then in flour then put pieces into skillet of hot crisco and cook until completely done and enjoy.
