I haven't tried this yet but I will be soon! :)

Garlic Lime Chicken

4 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. coarsely ground pepper

Mix all marinade ingredients.
Place chicken in recloseable plastic bag.
Pour marinade over chicken in the bag, close bag, and toss to coat the
chicken well.
Marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes or more.
Drain and discard marinade.
Sprinkle chicken with more pepper.
Grill till cooked (can also be pan fried)

NOTE: make extra - it makes great sliced chicken salad.

YUMMY YUMMY!!! Just what I have been looking for!

I used to get chile lime chicken wings that my family ADORED. I wonder if I tossed a few chile flakes in with the marinade if it would approximate the taste of those wings? Either way this one looks like a keeper.
