Don't kow what it's called. But here it is.

1 lb. ground Turkey
1/2 l. Ground beef
2 dashes chinese 5-spice powder
1/2 tsp. granulated onion powder
2 garlic cloves, finely minced
1 tbs. low-salt soy sauce
1/4 tsp. ground sage
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix together and brown.

1 cup chicken broth
1 cup beef broth
1/2 cup sliced celery
1 onion, sliced into chunks
1 cup brown rice

Stir together, cover, and simmer for 1 hr.

Tastes yummy.
