Help Please - Boneless Turkey Breast

Hey folks, I laid out a boneless turkey breast for dinner tonight to go with my fresh baked bread!

Any of you got any TNT recipes for turkey breast that you would not mind sharing?

FYI.. I just laid it out so I don't have much time for marinating.

You could cut off thin slices and make turkey cutlets. From there, you could bread and fry them for turkey parmesan, turkey Milanese, etc.

You could split it open and stuff it. I'd go with a light, non-bread stuffing with some salami or pepperoni, some cheese and seasonings.

Sometimes I like to roast it, after rubbing it with olive oil, and then sprinkling on garlic powder, s&p and dried oregano. After it's done, I slice it and serve over garlic mashed potatoes.
