How Do You Brine Your Turkey?

Hey all, anybody want to share how they brine their turkey?
does anybody air out the turkey after brining to get the skin to be dry so the skin can be crispy?

You might want to check out these threads as there has been a great deal of discussion about brining recently.

And yes, IMO it's quite important to air dry the bird.
