Cumin and cinnamon. Parsley, Sage, rosemary and thyme....no joke. BBQ sauce soy sauce and ginger. Sherry and shallots

Adobo always works. Bell's poultry seasoning too, if making more tradional, downhome kind of meal. Or maybe horseradish sauce on the side.
