i have some turkey breasts in the skillet RIGHT NOW...and am out of black pepper...which spices wold be good to use....

Without knowing what you are making, just go with salt.

Sauteed apples.
Cumin and cinnamon.
Parsley, Sage, rosemary and thyme....no joke.
BBQ sauce
soy sauce and ginger.
Sherry and shallots

Adobo always works. Bell's poultry seasoning too, if making more tradional, downhome kind of meal. Or maybe horseradish sauce on the side.
