ISO Cordon Bleu-ish casserole?

I have had a craving since last week for chicken cordon bleu, thanks to a thread here! Well now I've finally remembered all my ingredients after 3 grocery visits, but I'm getting a lovely cold :mad: and really don't want to make the effort today.
I was thinking maybe someone could help me with a casserole with the same ingredients? I need to use the chicken today and I don't like deli ham to sit longer than a day, I bought that yesterday.

EDIT..... I forgot to mention I don't care too much to have cream of something soup in it, and all the recipes I am finding have it.

Thanks so much! I didn't know you could "un-google" things! ;)
The casserole looks good. Maybe if I add a sorta bechamel sauce w/ Swiss added, that would give me some gravy-ness without the soup.
