Thanks for the suggestions guys! I went with Italian meatballs ~ onion powder, paprika, ground pepper, salt, garlic powder, dried basil and tons of parmesan cheese, pan seared in olive oil, topped with Prego sauce (yes, I cheat sometimes), simmered with sauce for 30 minutes and topped with fresh mozarella served with whole wheat spaghetti. VOILA! It worked like a charm and they were all gone!
The meatloaf sounds great! I will certainly try that next week when I get more ground turkey. I've also been mixing the turkey with a pound of angus ground beef for burgers and it's pretty delicious! Thanks again.
