I have some pre-cooked chicken Italian sausage (Aidells) that I want to use in my sauerkraut, potato, and sausage recipe. This will be in the slow cooker. My
Question is, would you put the sausage in at the beginning of the 4 hour cook on high, or at some point along the way. I don't really like when a sausage gets all washed out for over cooking.
What would/ have you done?
