I've lost track of Jan but, we think of her fondly every
time we have this for dinner. It's my son's favorite.
3/4 cups soy sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup white wine
1/4 teaspoon curry
1/4 teaspoon cloves
1/4 cup diced onion
Jan doesn't put garlic in her's when she makes it but, I always add four or more cloves.
Chicken pieces... Jan only uses legs, I use legs or boneless skinless thighs.
Mix all ingredients and marinate chicken over night or for at least 8 hours!! Bake at 350 for one hour!
Rice and a salad go great with this
