Hi.
I plan to marinade chicken breasts and cook on the grill for chicken sandwiches. I would plan to do this before family comes. What is the best way to keep them warm, for about an hour, without drying!!
Would love some suggestions.

Thank you and Happy Easter!

Just make sure you don't over cook them, I do mine on the gril about 6 mins per side (depending on the size). I would keep them in the oven - real low heat covered with foil. Or just cover them and reheat in low oven maybe 30.mins before you eat.

For an hour of waiting I would cook them up to about 110 degrees on the bottom and then with the grill lid open leve them on the top rack for the hour constantly checking them to make sure they do not get above 155 to 160 degrees because carry over cooking will occur. But I have never tried this just assuming it will work sense the top rack will take longer to cook especially with the lid open. Good luck!
