We have quite a bit of smoked turkey left from Sunday's cook-out. It came right into our very cool air-conditioned house (I keep it 68), and didn't sit out long at all. But today's the 5th day, so we need to freeze or eat tonight.
Any comments or ideas? Do you think we're in the danger zone with the turkey?
