Party in a Pan

Party In a Pan

10 lbs chicken legs and thighs
3 lbs link sausage
1 cup sliced purple onion
1/2 cup sliced bell pepper
1 or 2 sliced jalapenos
12 cloves of garlic
24 small washed new potatoes
1 1/2 cup of margarine (3 sticks)
Worchestershire sauce
Garlic powder
1/2 cup of fresh lemon juice (optional)

Preheat oven to 350. Wash and season chicken to taste. Arrange
chicken and sausage in large roasting pan. Add onion, bell pepper,
jalapenos, garlic cloves and potatoes. Cut up 2 or 3 sticks of
margarine all over the top. Sprinkle with worchestershire sauce and
garlic powder. Add lemon juice. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 1
and 1/2 hours. Take foil off in the last 30 minutes.

Serve with baked beans and hot garlic bread.
