REC: Olive Garden's Chicken Crostina

I've seen the commercial for this dish a few times now and it looks good. I found the recipe on their website. Has anyone had this dish? I might try it this weekend!

Here is the recipe vvv

I haven't either, but I think I will this weekend. The commercial makes me want to go to Italy and learn to make some. Sadly, I guess I'll try it here.

I just wish we had an Olive Garden in this vicinity. The closest one is 75 miles away.

Trust me, you're not missing much not having Olive Garden. It looks better than it tastes, in my opinion.
