Stir-Fry Ideas?
Anyone wanna share some stir-fry ideas for chicken breasts? I have an assortment of veggies:
Onions Green/Red/Yellow Peppers Zucchini Yellow Squash Asparagus Carrots Mushrooms I also have a varity of condiments that can create a sauce.

I say, "wing it".
Cut up the breasts and marinate them in cornstarch, ginger, garlic, soy, chinese wine or dry sherry along with some oyster sauce. Stir-fry the meat and veggies then add some combo of condiments to flavor the final product. If it's really good, you'll be sorry if you didn't write down what you did.

constants should be garlic ginger soy sesame oil, or terriaki (lime with the terriaki), chili flakes, green onion if you have it, Thai peanut sauce goes well with soy sauce.
