I saw that episode of Cook's Country yesterday and added the recipe to my "recipes to try" folder. I don't have all the ingredients at home. It looks really tasty.

I saw this episode a while ago and made it for SO and me. She didn't care for it so much so I probably won't make it again.

I make my lasanga different as well. I use more tomato sauce, and seaon with oregano, thyme, rosemary, and basil. I use chinky ground beef, with mozzarella, asiago, and cottage cheese. The toplauer hets sauce and chrese. It comes oit in beaitiful squares that hold together at eating temperature. I ober-spice the sauce so that ballanves with all of the pasta and cheese.

I use cottage chrese rather than ricotta as I like the flavor and texture better. But like all recipes, it's up to the individual to make what they like. Taste is subjective.
