16 lb turkey with sausage stuffing. Cooked 5 hours in a shallow baking pan at 325 F. Basted about every half hour. Moist and delicious

TY and in answer to your asking we will be with extended family/friends visiting on Thanksgiving with more turkey of course. LOL we have gotten into the habit of having kids and grandchildren off the holiday so we can gather all together before they scatter to inlaws.
 
Did these breasts without stuffing for the office party. How easy was it to flip the turkey? How did you do it without burning yourself or having the bird fall ,break up or any other messy combination there of?
