I ordered this at Max and Erma's a few weeks ago and it was exquisite! It was basically a single chicken breast, thick slices of roma tomatos, portabellas, zucchini and red onions (all grilled) with a large handful of angel hair pasta. The mystery is what seemed like a vinaigrette. I found this recipe and it sounds just about right.

Marinade:
1/2 cup olive oil
Juice of 2 lemons or limes
3 cloves garlic, flattened
1/8 cup chopped fresh rosemary
1/4 cup chopped fresh Italian parsley
Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste

If I'm missing something, please let me know! I hope to make it sometime in the near future!

Yes feta would be lovely with this, or perhaps a little haloumi cheese cut into bite sized pieces that had been lightly pan seared.
