White Chili - Discuss Cooking

I am making white chili today. Has anyone tried this? I never have due to the fact I love chili with hamburger but chicken? I hope this is not a flop. Am cooking the breast right now. It states in recipe to use chicken breast. I would like your opinion if you made it and what did you think of it? Would you make it again? Thanks

I enjoy chili with both poultry or beef. They do have very different tastes, and textures if your using chopped chicken instead of ground. But it's a nice change!

Thanks PAB for encouragement. Hope they feel the same way that you do. Just don't like to put time and have them say don't like it.

I'm sure your chili will be great! I've used turkey before and it turned out fine.

ITK I have had chicken chili and it was ok, I much prefer it made with ground beef or pork chunks.
