2. What time of year is it in your neck of the woods?

3. Who is your hero and why?

1 No i wouldnt open a restaurant there is too much on the line in terms of work, hiring, menu planning, overheads profit etc.

2 10:30am Winter August

3. Marco pierre white because his the only chef that didn't hit mainstream tv until after he retired unlike chefs today who hit the big screen or amateur cooks like master chef who hit tv. Who will always get paid more then regular chefs but lack experience and knowledge but preach and publish cookbooks like no tomorrow racking in a ton of cash.

Extreme sports, "Woh, wicked sweet!" or "Seriously? You guys can't think of more efficient ways to kill yourselves?"

You're sitting in a restaurant. Something just grabbed your attention. What was it?

What character trait do you most value in yourself?

Oh, a puppet master. People who pull strings are usually interesting. Who's strings do you most often pull?

What is your favourite smell?

If you could be anywhere in the world doing anything you want, what would you be doing and where?

What kind of drunk are you? (not saying you're a drunk lol! but if you had one to many how do you act?)

Stuck on a deserted island with a choice of 3 things you could eat for the rest of your life, what music do you bring with you?
