This was a fun way to get to know people and I am all for starting it up again. If there is some problem you and I are unaware of (as we both exited around the same time) it would be great if one of the mods/admins could weigh in about it!

Just please don't leave us again!

PS, If we do start new threads I might suggest a new one for me as I am in many ways a new person (not just a new first name!)
LP, no matter what you call yourself, I know who you are and have always been happy to have you as a friend.

Since this is the Getting to Know BuckyTom thread, I goota tell ya, BT, I suspect that it's a good thing we didn't grow up in the same neighborhood. We'd have gotten ourselves into so much good-natured mischief, born of high energy, a keen desire to experiment with everything, and a healthy dose of imagination, not to mention us both being adrenaline junkies in our youth. Sounds like the recipe for too much adventure/things boys ought not to do, and mischief. But then again, That's the kind of kids that I grew yup with anyways. You're still my little bro though, now and always.

Buckytom,

I am a recent member, who has been providing national and international tours for global English speaking tourists from a wide range of countries, in northern Spain, Andalusia, Barcelona & Costa Brava primarily & southern France. The tours are focused on culture, history, gastronomy & wines, including trade fairs, historic wineries, the monumental and the epicurisim.

I have a couple of questions, I would like to ask you.

1) If money and time, were no concerns, which country or region of your own country, is your gastro eno dream trip and why ?

2) If you could stage, for 1 week any where in the world with Michelin Star Chefs, who would you wish to collaborate with in the kitchen with & why ?

3) Tell us, about your culinary philosophy and your product selection for summer.

Thank you and have a marvelous weekend.
