Love shellfish. Yes to raw oysters, and I chew. But I like Oysters Bienville better.

Do you like greens? (Collards, Mustard, Turnips) ~~ Have you ever been guilty of dipping your cornbread into the pot likker??
LOVE me some greens! Collards are my favorites. Why would I not dip my cornbread into the pot likker?

Do you like plain (no cheese) grits with just butter??
I do like grits with just butter (and salt and pepper). But it took some getting used to.

Do you like fried catfish and hushpuppies???
I even like fried catfish without hush puppies. [/quote]

Do you keep a lot of wine on hand....as in a wine cellar of sorts...or do you just buy as needed based on future meal plans???
I have a moderate wine collection. I rarely go buy a bottle and open it that same day.

LOTS of other places! I was born and raised in Chicago, and lived a good portion of my adult life there, too.

In Chronological order: Milwaukee, Chicago, Boston, Chicago, Boston, New York, San Diego, Boston, New York. Whew!

I used to move for sport. As I've gotten older, I dislike even the very idea of moving!

I know you have a degree in Music Education/High School Band Director, and that requires one to have an excellent working knowledge of all of the band instruments, as well as an ability to play them on some level.....As a High School/College student what was *Your* instrument(s)???

Grew up in the area now known as Andersonville.
Went to college (Northwestern) in Evanston.
Moved back to Andersonville.
First apt on my own: Hyde Park, then: South Shore
Then Near South
After first Boston move, I lived in the DePaul area. So, all in all, all over town.
