I loved that itinerary video! I would love to be able to do something like that as well (the trip I mean!).

Okay, MY turn, my wonderful friend!

1. What is the one dish/meal that you love to cook the most.

2. What is the one dish/meal you love to eat but hate to cook (we all have at least one)

3. What is your favourite part of living in New England.

1. I do not have one favorite. It is not often that I cook the same thing multiple times, with a few exceptions. I usually am looking for the next new thing to try and cooking that. I do have a few staples though. My wife would say the one thing she would want me to cook more is my bolognaise sauce.

2. I must be the odd man out because I really can not think of anything I hate to cook.

3. There is so much to love about living in New England. The people, for the most part, are great. The culture is awesome. The seasons are a lot of fun. The history is amazing. The food is plentiful and innovative. The list goes on and on.

For a second job, if I lived in a warmer area I would love to teach sailing.

I want my children to become whatever their hearts tell them to become. As long as they are happy then it does not matter if they are stable cleaners or doctors.

If you came and helped me then I would open it in a second!

Losing loved ones. Thankfully I have not lost many, but those that have it has been very painful. Time makes the pain less sharp.

Very interesting and thoughtful answers, GB.
If you could chose anyone in the whole world (living)
to have lunch with who would it be and why?

Great question Mollyanne. My initial thought was Obama. And not because of his personal politics. Just because of the office he holds. I would think of any US President at the time whether I like them or not. Meeting one of the most powerful people in the world would have to be interesting. But then I got to thinking that the lunch would just end up being pretty censored. It is not like he would be able to tell me anything interesting that I could not find out other ways. So I decided to go with Trey Anastasio, the guitarist for Phish. He is just an all around fun guy and I am sure lunch with him would just be a lot of fun.

What one thing would you change if you could? ANYTHING.
