BBQ Pork Reubens

Ingredients:

1 lb Pulled BBQ Pork, warmed
4 oz cole slaw
8 slices sourdough bread
8 slices of Colby Jack
2oz Catalina or Western Dressing

Grill Bread, add 1 piece of Cheese, per slice of bread, add 1 oz cole slaw to 4 slices of bread. 4 oz pulled pork on the other 4. Lightly Drizzle with Dressing.
When bread is grilled, put opposite pieces together!!!
Enjoy!!!
 
See! Now THIS is good eating!!! And its SIMPLE! Perfect example of what I look for. Its LOADED with taste. Its not very expensive either.
To me its one of the perfect combinations. Erik you had me at 'hello'. :LOL:
