My favorite chicken cutlet sandwich

well after school me and my friends would always go and get a chicken cutlet on a hero, with lettuce, tomato, mayo and american cheeze melted. whats ur favorite chicken cutlet samie.

Put the fried cutlet on hero bread, or any hardy loaf.

Put on a slice or two of ham, deli ham is just fine.

Then put on mozzarella cheese.

Finally put on some tomato sauce. Sprinkle liberally with hot pepper flakes and grated Parmesan.

Nuke, or better yet, toss onto a panini grill or the like.

Now that is my idea of a chicken cutlet sandwich.

Layer you deep fried cutlet on a toasted bun,with ham, swiss cheese, onion and shredded lettuce. Top with your favorite condiment.
