Need Grilled Cheese Sandwich Help

I use American (it is the only time I like American cheese actually). For bread, lately I have been using scalia bread. It gets nice and crisp while staying soft on the inside. It browns up real well too.

My favorite: grilled cheddar cheese and seafood salad, with a slice of tomato, and a beer-mustard schmear. Yum. Chips and pickle on the side, please!

Yeah if I am using cheddar then it needs some mustard. Good call momerlyn!
