I work in the ER at a hospital and the only place open for my shift (evenings) has "healthy" foods. I have found one really good pizza. This is what it consists of:

Crust is actually herbal flat bread (about a 6 inch square)
Sauce is a roasted garlic sauce.
Topping is: roasted chicken strips (small), fresh spinach, cooked artichoke hearts, and mozzarella cheese (not a lot, just sections).

It's actually very good!
