Smoked Salmon and Egg Salad Sammies
3 large hardboiled eggs, shelled, chopped
2 ounces smoked salmon, chopped
1 ½ teaspoon chopped chives
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 tablespoon sour cream
6 slices bread, edges trimmed
Mix lightly, eggs, salmon, chives, mayonnaise and sour cream. Spread 1/3 on three slices of the bread and top with second slice. Cut in triangles, each person gets 1 ½ sammies.
