Spanglish sandwich

Did anyone see the movie Spanglish? It is a good movie, and Adam Sandler plays a character (a professional chef) very different from any other I have seen him play. Sandler's character makes a sandwich in the movie, and I tried the same sandwich at home. It was really good. Here's a link to explain the sandwich story.

I would add a few slice of avocado... that would make it even yummier!! (I know it will be even more of a calorie load, but when you are having a true goody treat, you are not supposed to think about these things... I will just do another hour of gym!!)
