OUCH that sandwich looks tasty... looks a bit like a beef dip, which is one of my favourite things to eat at a pub. *bookmarked*

never thought of using cubed beef for a sanwich ....
this is on my to do list ..

Looks awfully similar to a Philadelphia cheesesteak to me, except there's no cheese.

ok .. going to try this on tuesday ...
will be putting cheese on it ..
pics and a review to come ..

ohhh... my arteries are clogging from just looking at those pictures. now in a few hrs ill have to make one, and have a nice glass of full cream (nah not from the shops, cow to me is the way to be) milk on the side cause i cant really handle tabasco sauces

Do you think one cubed steak per sandwich is the amt. needed? When I do make them, I want to have enough. I have three in the freezer now. Can't wait to try them.

Heck,
Anything with that much butter just has to be good!
Thing is, you just don't find a lot of cubed steaks around here any more.
We use to sell a lot of them when I worked at the slaughter house though,(many years ago). Great site also!

well ... the sandwich was good ..
i think i over cooked the meat .. it was a little tough ..
and seemed stringy ...
i also thought i over did it on the wor .. worsch ..
the lea and perrins stuff ..
but over all they were very good ..
and i will try them again ..
