I don't think I have ever had Irish Soda Bread and it's possible that what I'm getting in Denny's isn't even close, but that's what they seem like to me. They are triangle shaped and inside they have a lot of air holes. That's the best way I can describe it.

I make an onion cheddar soda bread, as I won't eat raisins. It's an easy recipe and slices very well for toast.
