Very instructive. Glad to see my preference for cool water confirmed.
And I thought I used a lot of olive oil!
Interesting to see all those Kitchen Aid mixers in the background.

I loved the accents. Oh yeah. The foccacia looked delicious. It takes confidence to make foccacia. I think it comes under the heading of "Artisan Bread." :yum::yum:

A true masterpiece! Thanks Bolas. Loved that part in which Mary Berry asks for 2 more grams at the beginning... :)

Now I have to check all of these beautiful videos!

Luca mate its typical BBC the upper class Mary Berry meets the rough scouser(Liverpudlian) the interesting thing is I share the same crippled hand as Mary, mine was from boxing:)

Bill mate I actually use more Evo before I put it in the oven. Times are hard at the BBC they could not afford the British Kenwood Chef Major;)

The Kenwood Chef Major certainly seems to be quite a machine.
Bill mate I was given my Major as a wedding present in 1973, my Mums Chef is a 1959 A700d which looks just like the Kitchen Aid. My Mums was put into storage 15 yrs ago and I bet she would fire up first time.
