ISO dinner rolls recipe w/o bread machine

This will be my first time making dinner rolls from scratch without a bread machine for thanksgiving I was wondering if anyone has a recipe for sweet buttery rolls please help

You can use your favorite bread recipe and cut it up into roll size pieces before the second rising.

Or you can go to the supermarket and get brown 'n' serve rolls in the bakery section, or Bridgford dinner rolls in the frozen food section.
