ISO: recipe for Lepinja or Lepina Flat Bread

This is a flat bread with some yeast in it. It is served with Cevapcici- sausage. This food is found in Croatia, Serbia and Bosnia. Any body have a good recipe for the bread?

The recipe is a standard bread yeast mix, the flour is very important with a protein content of 12 to 13% made from very hard wheat.I use Canadian Red Spring.
