Today my friend & I will be making Potato loaves and I will be attempting the NY Times No Knead Bread. Is anyone else baking bread today, & if so, what kind?

Absolutely you can. Just divide the dough into balls about 1.5-2" in diameter and then flatten them to 3" disks to rise a second time. Shorten the baking time to 15-20 minutes.

I like this King Arthur recipe, but I think just about any bread recipe could be modified to work.
